| 1. Reservations are made by submitting a community sign request form. Only a completed form will reserve the sign. The form can be submitted on the Chamber website, or it can be mailed to or dropped off at the Chamber office. All proposals for use of the sign should be submitted as soon as possible, no later than 1 week prior to use of the sign. |
| 2. The sign runs for 7 consecutive days unless otherwise authorized by the Chamber office. |
| 3. Members belonging to the Harvard Chamber will receive 6 free usages of the Community Sign. Additional uses are available for $30 per use. |
| 4. To allow all members a chance to use the community sign, we are limiting requests to a maximum of 12 requests per membership year. |
| 5. Reservations can be made no more than one year in advance. |
| 6. If you need to change your message, please contact the Chamber office and we will attempt to make changes. No guarantees that the changes will be able to be made. |
| 7. The Community Sign can only be used for events that are open to the public. It cannot be used for advertisements, sales on products, etc. |
| 8. If the City needs to override any message because of weather threats, Amber Alert, or community disaster, they duly have the right to do so. |
